Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In most cases, a minimum 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. Group appointments, Chronic Injury treatments and Skin care treatment require a minimum 48-hour advance notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves any of our services.
If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-48 hour advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing “VIP”, gift certificate or coupon; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If for whatever reason you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 10 minutes, it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Please respectfully understand that being late and expecting a full service is likely not possible as we all work on a schedule and most times there are no extra time to accommodate the tardiness.

We thank you for being on time for your appointments and we understand things happen. Each case and rebooking fee or deduction of time purchased will be determined by a case-by-case basis.
REBOOKING FEES:
There will be a minimum of a $30 rebooking fee for all late arrivals past 10 minutes or your service will be cut by that many minutes that you are late and full payment is due in advance. A "no show or no call" appointment will also be charged full price and a rebooking fee imposed prior to your next schedule appointment. For example, If you are scheduled for a 60 minute service there will be an additional charge of $30, if you are scheduled for a 90 minute service your additional charge will be $45.
GROUPON & ALL OTHER CERTIFICATES:
We only accept one groupon per person. All groupons & certificates will be redeemed at the time the appointment is booked or you agree to hold that scheduled time with a major credit card.
